The agency is the brainchild of two immensely successful Hollywood entrepeneurs, Sir Wallace Cargrove Baxter III and Montgomery Winston Churchill Birney (of the well-known Capetown Birney's), both names synonomous with success. The company remains privately held by both parties despite numerous buyout offers over the last several years.
